Who we are

Alpheus is an iOS running app made by Stoked Bear LLC. Contact: support@stokedbear.com.

What we collect

Account info from Sign in with Apple (Apple ID identifier, optional email).
Health data via Apple HealthKit (workouts, distance, pace, heart rate) — only with your permission.
Location during runs for GPS route tracking — only during an active run, never in the background.
Photos you upload to your private circles.
Usage analytics (Firebase) — anonymous app-state events for crash + performance monitoring.

Third parties

Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and crash reporting.
OpenAI Moderation API for filtering inappropriate text and photos in circles.
Apple HealthKit for workouts and health metrics (data stays on your device unless you share to a circle).

Your rights

You can request a full data export or delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is permanent after a 30-day grace period.
